Mom needs thermometer help!! STAT!!?
I have bought three different thermometers for my son–2 different digital and one that has attachments for oral, underarm and rectal. Everytime I seem to take his temperature, I get a different reading. My doctor recommended taking it under his arm and advised against the rectal one becaue it could hurt him. But the underarm one seems to be a VASTLY different reading each time. I have looked online but one report says that the ear is the best and the next one says that the ear is the most inaccurate. I don’t know who or what to believe!
Does anyone have any suggestions? Please be specific–brand and type (if you can!) I want an ACCURATE baby thermometer (preferably one that takes a quick temperature–my 9 month old is pretty wiggly!) I don’t really care about cost but would like a recommendation of one that I can find easily! PLEASE help!

What is the best kids thermometer?
I have a 2 month old and a 2 year old and am looking for something to replace our current, super slow, oral thermometer. Both kids are big movers so I need something accurate and quick. I spent on a temporal one but it can give readings that vary as much as 3 degrees. I’ll get 2 separate thermometers if needed but can anyone suggest some that have worked well for them for these ages?
